Scheduled Property inspections
We conduct scheduled inspections to review the property’s general condition, identify visible concerns and document what we observe. Our standard ongoing management service includes two inspections each year.
Inspection Reporting
Following an inspection, we provide clear information about observed conditions, maintenance concerns and items that may require the landlord’s attention or decision.
Maintenance coordination
We receive maintenance reports, gather the available information and coordinate with appropriate contractors when work is required. We follow up on the work and keep you informed of progress and recommendations.
urgent maintenance response
When a reported issue meets the agreed standard for an urgent response, we coordinate the next steps based on the property’s approved instructions and spending authority, while keeping you informed.
clear scope and costs
Inspection frequency and maintenance support are set out in your service agreement. Our standard ongoing management service includes two scheduled inspections each year. Additional site attendance is billed at $65 per hour plus HST. Repair, material and contractor costs are separate and will be handled according to the property’s approved instructions and spending authority.
