I’m Clayton, and I lead Spruce Property Management. I work directly with residential landlords across Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph, helping manage the everyday responsibilities that come with owning a rental property.
My approach is straightforward: stay involved, communicate clearly and follow through. From tenant questions to maintenance coordination and inspections, I help owners understand what’s happening at their property and make informed decisions, with support tailored to how involved they want to remain.
